Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscripts are written in English and used standard scientific usage. Authors whose first language is not English should consult the manuscript with an English editing service before submitting it to the International Journal of Electronics and Communication System.
2. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format, except for Graphs using Microsoft Excel program and Figures using JPEG or PDF format.
3. Manuscripts should be typed using Cambria fonts at 11 points.
4. The length of the manuscript is approximately 9 to 15 pages, written in A4 paper format, margin: Top = 2.6 cm, bottom = 2.1 cm, left = 2.5 cm, right= 2.1 , two columns (except for abstract, figure or table whose size cannot be reduced due to its readability), justified, single-spaced. Manuscript comprises five main headings: Introduction; Method; Results and Discussion; Conclusion and Suggestions; Acknowledgment; References.
5. The title of the manuscript must be as brief as possible and must represent the content of the manuscript.
6. The authors’ names are written below the title, followed by the authors’ affiliation and e-mail address.
7. The abstract is written in  English, as a representation of the manuscript. The abstract should not exceed 200 words for each language format, written narratively comprising aims/objectives, methods, and findings of the research/article.
8. Keywords: words or phrases which are important, specific, or representative to the article.
9. Style IEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, is used as a reference in the citation, references, and writing format).
10. The references of the article are in the form of journals and non-journals which are published in the last six years.
11. The manuscript must be written following the International Journal of Electronics and Communications System template.
12. The manuscript must be in *.doc and sent to the journal system via online submission by creating an account in this Open Journal System (OJS) [click REGISTER if you have not had any account yet; or click LOG IN if you have already had an account].
13. All Author(s)' names and identity(es) must be completely embedded in the form filled in by the corresponding author: email; affiliation; and each author's short biography (in the column of 'Bio Statement'). [if the manuscript is written by two or more authors, please click 'Add Author' in the 3rd step of 'ENTER METADATA' in the submission process and then enter each author's data.]
14. All correspondences, information, and decisions for the submitted manuscripts are conducted through email was written in the manuscript, and/or the emails used for the submission. The status of the manuscript can be checked in the OJS by logging into the journal.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. Manuscripts must be original, have not been published previously in any scientific journal, that manuscripts are not being submitted for publication elsewhere, and will not be submitted to any media during the review process unless the authors have officially withdrawn the manuscripts from IJECS.
2. Manuscripts submitted are research topics which have not to conflict with ethical research
3. International Journal of Electronics and Communications System covers issues such as the improvement about design and implementation of electronics devices, circuits, and communication systems including but not limited to: circuit theory, integrated circuits, analog circuits, digital circuits, mixed-signal circuits, electronic components, filters, oscillators, biomedical circuits, neuromorphic circuits, RF circuits, optical communication systems, microwave systems, antenna systems, communications circuits for optical communication, development of physics evaluation instruments, development of physics instructional media, digital signal processing, communication theory and techniques, modulation, source and channel coding, microwave theory and techniques, wave propagation and more.

   International Journal of Electronics and Communications System published comprehensive research articles and reviews by leading experts in the field. Selected articles, which has a high scientific achievement, provide important new knowledge, and high benefits to society of electronics and communications systems.

4. Manuscripts should be prepared following the guidelines of IJECS in Instructions to Authors.
5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
